Key Responsibilities
- You will work in order management for our leading take-back systems for waste batteries, electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), and packaging.
- You will carry out regular operational tasks such as order processing, data entry, registration, and customer reporting.
- Using our IT system, Microsoft Dynamics Navision, you will create and review invoices and credit notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Through telephone-based advisory support for customers and service providers, you will strengthen partner relationships and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- You continuously reflect on your work processes and actively contribute to improving and shaping the future development of your role.
Your Profil
- You have successfully completed a commercial vocational training and are now looking for an exciting new professional challenge.
- Ideally, you have already gained initial experience in operational business processes.
- With your hands-on mentality and strong communication skills, you are a reliable and collaborative team player.
- You work independently, take ownership of your responsibilities, and consistently meet deadlines.
- You are characterized by a precise and structured working style.
- You have solid MS Office skills and quickly adapt to new IT systems and digital environments.
- You possess fluent English skills, both written and spoken, as well as fluent French or Spanish.
