The Operations Manager role will play a crucial role in managing and coordinating cross-functional operations that make the company functioning effectively. You will take ownership of various internal projects, currently spread across different team members, and bring structure to our day-to-day operations. What you'll do:

  • Build scalable foundations: Design and improve core Ops, Finance, People, and IT processes that support rapid headcount and market growth.
  • Drive operational excellence: Streamline workflows across Ops, Product and GTM teams to enable seamless collaboration.
  • Lead critical initiatives: Own high-impact cross-functional projects from planning through execution, ensuring they deliver measurable business value.
  • Enable growth: Establish systems and practices that support international expansion, including the company’s new U.S. presence.
  • Foster alignment: Partner with leadership and department heads to ensure transparency, clarity, and execution on company priorities.
  • Leverage technology: Introduce and optimize tools that improve efficiency, scalability, and cross-team visibility.

What you'll need:

  • Master’s degree in Economics, Business, or a related field. A background in STEM or technical fields is a plus.
  • 2–7 years of experience in management consulting or internal consulting, ideally with exposure to operational projects in a B2B SaaS or tech-driven environment.
  • Proven ability to optimize processes and manage projects across teams.
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in tools like Excel, PPT, and project management software.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively with different teams.
  • A focus on getting things done and improving systems without overcomplicating them.
  • Professional fluency in English and a good command of German at the C1 level or higher are essential.
  • Experience with compliance frameworks and information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, SOC 1)is advantageous.
