Responsible for supervision and training of all employees engaged in warehouse and inventory activities to ensure compliance with production schedules and to enforce company policies, procedures and safety regulations. The ideal candidate is exceptionally detail-oriented and able to manage multiple facets of warehouse operations simultaneously.

- Drive development and implementation of operational process to increase productivity and reduce cost
- Accountable for warehouse operations; introduce and expand operational practice across the business to significantly improve productivity, quality, and profitability

Qualifications

- Must be a team builder, teacher, coach & motivator
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
