Job DescriptionReporting to the National Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary Allied Health workforce delivering services across Home Care and NDIS programs throughout Australia.
You will be responsible for balancing operational performance with exceptional client outcomes by overseeing workforce planning, clinician utilisation, service demand, financial performance, recruitment, and stakeholder engagement.
This role is ideal for a strategic leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving access to high-quality Allied Health services within the community.
Please note: To be considered for this role, you must be a qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.
Day to Day!
- Lead the operational performance of national Allied Health services
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, and service line performance
- Monitor and optimise clinician utilisation, productivity, and appointment efficiency
- Oversee workforce planning, recruitment, and capacity management to support business growth
- Analyse operational and financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvements
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across Home Care and NDIS teams
- Manage escalated client matters and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Coach, mentor, and develop both clinical and non-clinical team members
- Lead performance management, professional development, and team engagement initiatives
- Drive process improvement, innovation, and operational efficiencies

You are a qualified Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration and a proven track record leading Allied Health or community healthcare teams. You bring strong operational leadership experience, including workforce planning, service delivery oversight, and performance management, along with sound financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets, profitability, utilisation, and key business metrics. Your understanding of Home Care Packages (HCP), CHSP, NDIS, and the evolving Support at Home reforms enables you to navigate the aged care and disability sectors with confidence. You are an experienced people leader who enjoys coaching, mentoring, and developing clinicians, and you possess exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and relationship management skills. With a data-driven mindset, you are highly analytical, solutions-focused, and capable of making informed decisions that drive both operational excellence and outstanding client outcomes.
