Job Description:

The Operations Management Trainee is enrolled in a comprehensive training program focused on experiencing and learning the various areas of UPS Operations (e.g., Preload, Reload, Hub, driving roles, etc.). He/She receives training and gains proficiency while assisting supervisors and managers in the various operational settings. This position is assigned a project/assignment following the completion of the training program.

Job Summary:
The Operation Management specialist is responsible for supporting management team to monitor and execute daily operations including package center and HUB (warehouse) operation and providing consistent service standards within procedure.
Job Duties:
• Monitor the daily operations and lead other staffs to implement daily operation with quality & safety.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers or vendors to resolve operation problems.
• Initiate and organize the training plan for new employees. Support department manager to implement the training program within department.
• Develop the overall operation procedure, monitor the procedure been well followed and analyze the departmental operation report to achieve the operation goals.
• Complete the projects assigned by department manager.
