Job Description

Students enrolled in University Engineering and Economic Management Science departments can work minimum three days per week in our Istanbul Headquarters.

We are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us in starting something remarkable as an Operations Management Smart Start.

Your contribution to something big:

• Operational & Organizational Assistance: Assist the department in daily operational and organizational activities. Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing local and global events. Provide on-site or remote support during events, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.
• Process Development & Documentation: Contribute to the creation, update, and maintenance of process descriptions, ensuring that all documentation is clear, accurate, and aligned with corporate directives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to gather data and insights relevant to the department’s projects and initiatives. Analyze trends, prepare reports, and present findings to support strategic decision-making.
• Compliance: Supports the department to ensure that all necessary documentation adheres to corporate policies and standards, maintaining consistency and precision. 
• Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to gather necessary information and ensure that processes are well-documented and understood.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Very good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A proactive and positive attitude, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
