What you'll need:
Enrollment in a four-year degree program in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management or Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field with current status of at least a Sophomore level.
- Cumulative GPA of 2.75 or higher.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
Planning and organizational skills
Ability to succeed in a team environment
Ability to handle multiple tasks
Preferred experience:
Skills in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Capacity to think critically and find solutions where necessary
Proactive approach to responsibilities and willingness to contribute
What you'll focus on:
- Shadow supervisors to learn daily production operations and support continuous improvement (CI) initiatives.
- Assist with inventory management tasks using Oracle, including parts tracking and cycle counts.
- Support process improvement efforts by identifying inefficiencies and helping implement solutions.
- Contribute to training and documentation through Dozuki, helping maintain and improve standard work instructions.
