Job Title/High Level Position Summary:

As the Operations & Logistics, Coordinator you will provide dependable, high-quality support to the site operations team. You will be a consummate professional, working collaboratively to ensure the success of the site. You will work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment, exercise superb judgment in proactively prioritizing work, and maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion while performing a full range of duties in both the Distribution and Logistics Operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the site leadership team in the planning and coordination of site team activities (conferences, team meetings, engagement events, etc.)
• Manage the Global Shipping Inbox and provide timely response to all associates inquiries.
• Provide Logistics support with filing of freight claims, scheduling returns shipments, freight account setup and timely response to shipping quote request.
• Ensure onsite office and warehouse supplies are ordered and managed in a timely manner.
• Process vendor invoices and needed purchase orders in timely and accurate manner (use of Oracle system)
• Support onboarding and training of new warehouse associates to include (Outbound, Inbound, Returns, & Inventory) functions
• Support Auditing of Parcel & LTL orders to capture shipping or picking errors
• Support onsite 5S program that support cleanliness, organization of the facility
• Effectively manage work of a confidential nature with discretion
• Help ensure requests are responded to in a timely manner, using superb judgment to assist and make decisions with minimal supervision.
• Carry out any other task that may support the site leadership team at the DFW DC
• Maintain a high level of professionalism in dealing with all business matters.
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Basic Qualifications:

• 1-3 years’ experience

• High School diploma or GED;

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

Desired Characteristics:

• Experience with PowerPoint and Oracle a plus. 
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
• Able to work onsite a full 8-hour shift and overtime as required. (Daily Start time is 7:30 AM)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to maintain strict confidential information and maintain strict confidentiality.
• Attention to detail oriented with strong time management skills.
• Ability to work in team environment.
