-    EMEA APTIV Plants 
-    Oversee day-to-day ATBU production activities, ensuring that manufacturing processes meet quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
-    Lead and supervise a team of CNC & Assembly production workers, providing training, motivation, and direction.
-    Ensure that production goals and KPIs are met, and implement strategies to improve productivity and reduce waste.
-    Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the PC&L team to maintain adequate material stock.
-    Conduct regular quality checks and resolve any issues in the production process promptly.
-    Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the production environment.
-    Monitor urgent part production and push enter stock in time
-    Outsourcing management.
-    Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding the status of ongoing projects, upcoming business, and any production-related updates.
-    Communicate with plants regularly to understand their business priorities and align production schedules accordingly.
-    Address and resolve plants complaints, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
-    Provide clear and concise updates to plants on the status of orders, delivery timelines, and potential production challenges.
-    Collaborate with business plants, design, PC&L and other departments to ensure plant expectations are met and exceeded.
-    Develop and maintain strong relationships with plant team, fostering trust and long-term partnerships
-    Work closely with business plan and plant team to understand business priorities, upcoming projects, and strategic goals.
-    Ensure that production schedules are aligned with plant needs, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and demands.
-    Provide feedback to management regarding plant concerns or feedback that may impact production timelines or quality.
-    Implement continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment, using data and feedback to identify areas for process optimization.
-    Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure all plant/customer requirements and specifications are met.
-    Participate in regular meetings to review performance metrics, resolve issues, and plan for future production needs.
