The Worship Creative Operations Leader is primarily responsible for leading the Worship Creative team toward collaboration through effective communication. This role will focus on active and upcoming projects to meet necessary timelines and deliverables.
This role is responsible for leading project management and operational initiatives that support the direction, and efforts of their team to outcomes that further Life.Church’s mission and reach people for Christ.
What You'll Do
- Support and input Worship Creative budget.
- Collaborate with Director of Operations with event and songwriting trip planning.
- Manage Team travel arrangements by booking flights, reserving hotels, coordinating transportation, and creating travel itineraries.
- Support Central Ministry Leader of Worship Creative with campus resourcing efforts for the song bank and creative elements.
- Manage and maintain project calendars and scheduling.
- Assist in collaboration with campus and central teams, communicating expectations, ensuring next steps to keep projects viable and completed on time.
- Logistical ownership of team projects, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, while ensuring proper attention, priority and collaboration is placed on projects.
- Proactively owning logistical tasks such as data tracking and reporting, decisions, approvals, and high level communication to Central teams, stakeholders, and industry vendors and partners.
