Job Description

- Use your operational expertise to support and drive improvement initiatives across our venues.
- Be part of the end to end process of initiatives, coming up with ideas and delivering the solution into the business.
As the Operations Lead you will identify opportunities for improvement that focus on simplification of process and technological solutions to enable a more efficient and streamlined operational environment.
You will lead the delivery of process changes that challenge the cost of doing business and partner with Operations Managers and team to deliver initiatives that support cost of doing business improvements across hotels operations.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:
- Drive change management initiatives by developing and delivering comprehensive training programs to equip teams with the skills needed for new processes and technologies.
- Foster collaborative relationships with diverse stakeholders, including supply chain, finance, Ops LT, compliance, Procurement, HR, safety, and format teams.
- Provide operations support and insights for group services team as we conduct and develop detailed analyses to identify opportunities for operational cost reduction.
- Deploy initiatives in partnership with the operations teams to ensure adoption and benefits realization.
- To fully understand all proposed and developing process changes, providing support to stores and venues to embed the change.
- Evaluate and streamline operational processes to enhance overall efficiency in collaboration with the group services team.
- Integrate technologies to optimize retail and hotel operations.
- Assist with the development of compelling business cases, presenting benefits to secure project approvals.
- Develop and deliver training programs to facilitate smooth transitions during change initiatives.
Qualifications
Now let’s talk about you:
- 5-10 years experience in a leadership role in venues or stores.
- A dynamic leader with a strategic mindset, adept at managing complex stakeholder relationships, and committed to achieving cost reduction targets.
- Experience in leading and coaching people to achieve overall project requirements.
- Strong cost analysis and reduction skills.
- Experience and strength in facilitating workshops and training sessions to various groups of stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of google.
- Knowledge and understanding of P&L management and back office processes.
- Strong planning and organisational skills with ability to work independently, and across video conferencing as appropriate.
- Able to travel interstate and within state.
