We are looking for an Operations Lead to own the systems, processes, data, and vendor infrastructure that keep the Yerevan office running. This is a pure operations role — you will work closely with the Head of HR (who owns the people side: contracts, onboarding experience, compliance, and employee relations) and with account managers, finance, and the CEO on all operational matters.
Operations Lead owns:
- Operational process design & SOPs
- Internal systems (Notion, COMS, n8n, GWorkspace)
- Data integrity across all ops tools
- Workflow automations & recurring alerts
- Purchases
- Operational budget tracking & cost control
- Client operational reporting & delivery comms
- IT access provisioning & revocation tracking
- Office administration & local service providers
- Ops KPI dashboards for CEO
- Cross-team coordination on system changes
What you will own
Finance & Vendors
- Track operational budgets; surface overruns proactively, not after month-end close.
- Identify and eliminate zombie spend — subscriptions, services, or contracts with no active usage.
Client Operations
- Serve as the operational point of contact for service delivery matters on client accounts.
- Coordinate IT access provisioning and revocation for contractors — own the audit trail.
- Respond to client operational queries within the same business day.
CEO Support
- Maintain a live ops KPI dashboard for the CEO: headcount, active contracts, expiring contracts, budget vs. actuals.
- Flag risks early — the CEO should never hear about a problem from a client that you already knew about.
- Run the quarterly ops review: prepare the data, present the findings, own the action items.
- 4+ years of hands-on operations experience at a high-tech IT services, staffing, or SaaS company.
- Demonstrable ownership of systems and processes — not just task execution inside someone else's framework.
- Financial literacy: payroll inputs, budget tracking, vendor invoice management.
- Analytical — can spot a data anomaly and trace it to its source.
- Background in IT staffing, EOR, or workforce management environments.
- English B2+
