We are looking for an Operations Lead to join us in Renton. This individual will be the tactical arm of our warehouse management team. Our Operations Lead will be the driving force behind completing order processing and deliveries. He/She/They will also lead order pulling, packing, and delivery route dispatching. This role is perfect if you enjoy problem-solving, the energy on the warehouse floor, and a fast-paced environment.
How You'll Make an Impact:
- Lead order pulling, packing, and delivery route dispatching
- Assist with inventory management, order reconciliation, and receiving
- Collaborate with Assistant General Manager in directing day to day operations
- Maintain an active workflow on the floor by prioritizing and assigning tasks to team members
- Mentor team members and conduct training on the job to build a highly skilled department
- Ensure that members of the operations team adhere to company rules and work ethics
- Provide leadership, support and guidance to the team
- Perform all tasks as assigned
- 3+ years experience in an order processing fulfillment center
- Knowledge of WMS systems and hand-held scanners
- Familiarity with route dispatching and final mile delivery
- Familiarity with cycle counting and inventory management
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team
- Netsuite or Shipstation knowledge preferred
Schedule: Tues -Sat 12 PM - 8 PM
Pay: $32hr - $36hr
