About the Role
Grubtech is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our Operations team. This opportunity is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their careers and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced technology environment. The successful candidate will support day-to-day operational activities while developing valuable business and operational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Operations team with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and documentation.
- Assist in preparing reports and updating operational data.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of operational requests.
- Monitor assigned tasks and follow up on action items.
- Assist in identifying and implementing process improvements.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to operational initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Very Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow professionally.
Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Supply Chain, Management, or related field
- Fresh graduate status
