We’re looking for an Operations Intern who enjoys bringing structure, fixing gaps, and making sure things run smoothly while the company scales fast.
If you like organizing chaos, improving processes, and being the glue that holds teams together — you’ll feel right at home.

What You’ll Actually Do
Day-to-Day Operations (The “Things Must Move” Mission)

• Support daily operations across sales, engineering, deployment, and finance.
  
• Track tasks, timelines, and deliverables — and follow up till things are done.
  
• Help coordinate demos, pilots, shipments, and deployments.
  
• Maintain basic documentation so knowledge doesn’t live only in people’s heads.
  

Process Building (Turning Chaos into Systems)

• Help create SOPs, checklists, trackers, and simple workflows.
  
• Identify bottlenecks and suggest better ways of doing things.
  
• Improve internal coordination between teams.
  
• Bring order where there currently is “we’ll figure it out”.
  

Founder & Team Support (Front-Row Seat to a Startup)

• Work closely with founders on operational priorities.
  
• Assist in preparing reports, trackers, and internal dashboards.
  
• Support cross-functional projects that don’t neatly fit into one team.
  
• Be the person who ensures follow-ups happen.
  

Data, Tools & Hygiene (Yes, This Matters)

• Maintain internal trackers, CRM updates, and operational dashboards.
  
• Organize files, folders, and shared docs (future you will thank you).
  
• Track expenses, invoices, and basic operational metrics where needed.
  

Who You Are (Mindset > Resume)
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree (any discipline — we care more about how you think).
Highly organized and detail-oriented (you notice what others miss).
Comfortable working in fast-moving, slightly chaotic environments.

• Proactive — you don’t wait to be told every next step.

• Curious about startups, drones, robotics, AI, or deep-tech.
