The Operations Intern assists in operational support for franchise partners, develops training manuals, conducts research, and collaborates with the operations team to improve service and franchisee satisfaction.

The Operations Department Intern will assist our team in delivering excellent operational support to our franchising partners. The successful candidate will gain experience in the franchising industry, learn about our business operations, and work closely with our team to ensure we deliver a high level of service to our franchisees.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of training and operational manuals for our franchisees

• Provide support as needed to the franchisees on a regular basis through phone and email communication

• Conduct research and analysis on industry trends and best practices

• Collaborate with the franchise support team to develop strategies to improve franchisee satisfaction and profitability

• Attend meetings with the operations team and take notes as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager



Requirements

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, operations, or related field

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with franchise operations and regulations is a plus
