Point72’s Operations functions, reporting into the Chief Administrative Officer, are responsible for supporting the firm’s critical business functions across multiple teams, including Trade Desk Support, Operational Risk Management, and Regulatory Reporting. • Supporting the firm’s daily trading activities across global markets, including equities, derivatives, bonds, foreign exchange, and futures

• Documenting and mitigating operational risks while managing vendor relationships and due diligence processes
• Preparing and overseeing regulatory filings and implementing automation tools to enhance efficiency

Summer Internship Program at Point72

In addition to the learning and development you’ll receive in your day-to-day role with your team, as a part of our summer internship program you will:  

• Work alongside your fellow interns and be mentored by experienced professionals

• Attend sessions with senior leaders discussing their expertise and career paths 
• Get hands-on access to the wealth of tools and resources that Point72 employees use everyday

What’s Required

• Expected degree from Dec 2026 to August 2027
• Foundational knowledge of international markets, corporate actions, futures, FX and OTC products
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to technologies such as SQL, Alteryx, or Tableau
• Strong analytical, writing, verbal communication, and technical skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to work cooperatively with all levels of the team
• Conduct yourself with professionalism and integrity at all times
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
