The Operations intern will report directly to the OPS Manager and will be responsible for keeping track of all projects that relate to the operations area, providing timely follow-up to each of them and issuing reports that allow viewing their progress, risks, and bottle necks.
Likewise, he will be involved in key processes of the area, to provide support to the different departments of the area, such as Imports, logistics and billing. The Intern will have close collaboration with each person responsible for the different departments and suppliers.

Ownership for complete tracking, control, and reporting of the projects.
Create and maintain close relationships with internal stakeholders to proactively align and support the identification of possible cost optimization and/or other improvements.
Drive and coordinate efforts to provide transparency and insights into 3rd party spending.
Provide daily status of projects to OPS Manager.
Maintain regular communications with internal and external stakeholders, incl. department heads to support import permit approvals.
Ensures proper documentation (manual, guidelines, agreements) is all organized and filed for easy access.
Ensure key supplier relationships are managed and the respective business partner properly monitors performance.
Participate in the identification and assessment of the impact of changing.
RequisitosStudent / Bachelor in industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or equivalent.
Excel, Word, and Power point skills.
Fluent English skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (Spanish and English).
Ability to prioritize multiple activities and focus efforts.
Profound analytical skills and creative problem-solving ability.
