The Role

Responsibilities:

-Understand the existing business processes and participate actively in the forthcoming system decommissioning project.
- Support for new business initiatives, operational activities, advisor inquiries, and post-sales assistance related to the submission of insurance and investment policies.
- Maintain and regularly update workflow processes and standard operating procedures.
- Manage and regularly report on data concerning new business submissions.
- Participate in the review and digitalization of processes to help companies streamline operations, eliminate inefficiencies, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Analytical, communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge in business operations and process management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
