About the Role
AB Facility Services is seeking a motivated Operations Intern who wants to gain hands-on experience in business and facility operations while earning academic credit toward their degree.
The intern will work alongside our Operations team to support daily activities, reporting, coordination, and process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operational and administrative tasks.
- Help maintain operational records, reports, and spreadsheets.
- Assist with data entry and tracking of operational information.
- Support scheduling and coordination of operational activities.
- Help monitor work orders, service requests, and project updates.
- Assist with preparing reports and tracking key performance metrics.
- Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
- Communicate with internal teams to help coordinate operational needs.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college or university pursuing a degree in Business, Operations Management, Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
- Eligible to receive college/university academic credit.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
Academic Credit
This internship is intended for students seeking or eligible to receive academic credit through their college or university. The student will coordinate with their school regarding internship requirements.
