As a Brookfield Residential Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside industry experts and gain valuable hands-on experience in the dynamic world of real estate development.

Internship Overview:

Brookfield Residential’ s Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our projects and operations. This internship program is open to highly motivated and driven students who are eager to explore the development and residential real estate industry, gain practical experience, and make meaningful contributions to our team. The Summer Internship Program will begin on May 19, 2025 and conclude on August 15, 2025.

Team Overview:

The Operations Intern role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the home building industry, working closely with various departments including Purchasing, Construction, Architecture, and the Design Studio. As an intern, you will be involved in a rotational program that provides exposure to different aspects of housing operations, allowing you to develop a comprehensive understanding of the home building process.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Construction Management, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• A keen interest in real estate and development.

• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and a strong team player.

• A positive and can-do attitude.

• Ability to work 40 hours per week Monday – Friday.

• Must possess reliable transportation.
