Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf der sicheren Einführung neuer Produkte in den Produktionsmaßstab, der kontinuierlichen Optimierung chemischer Prozesse sowie der Weiterentwicklung des Produktportfolios unter Berücksichtigung von Qualität, Sicherheit, Kosten und Nachhaltigkeit.Responsibilities Include:
- Führen, Motivieren und Weiterentwickeln der unterstellten Mitarbeiter in Absprache mit dem Betriebsleiter und HR
- Unterstützung des Betriebsleiters bei der Sicherstellung des genehmigungskonformen Betreibens der Anlagen
- Unterstützung bei der Sicherstellen des Einhaltens von gesetzlichen Bestimmungen und firmeninterner Standards zur Arbeits- und Anlagensicherheit sowie des Umwelt- und Gesundheitsschutzes
- Planen von Personalressourcen zur Erreichung des Produktionsziels
- Sofortiges Einleiten und Dokumentieren von Gegenmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen vom bestimmungsgemäßen Betrieb der Anlagen im Verantwortungsbereich und unmittelbares Melden an die Betriebsleitung
- Durchführen und regelmäßiges Anpassen von Sicherheitsbetrachtungen (SVA´s, PHA´s) im Betriebsbereich in Zusammenarbeit mit EHS
- Durchführen eines stringenten Änderungs- und Dokumentationsmanagements im Betriebsbereich (MOC)
- Aufstellen, Anpassen und Proben von betrieblichen Notfallplänen im Verantwortungsbereich
- Einhalten und Weiterentwickeln einer Null-Toleranz Umgebung bzgl. Arbeitssicherheit und Umweltschutz
- Planen, Kontrollieren, Permanentes Optimieren der Fertigungskosten im Verantwortungsbereich, dabei Sicherstellen der Produktionsziele & der Anlagensicherheit
- Unterstützung des Technical Heads bei der zeit- und budgetgerechten Ausführung von Investitionsprojekten im Bereich
- Sicheres Einführen neuer Produkte in den Produktionsmaßstab gemäß Marktanforderungen in Zusammenarbeit mit Product/Process Technology
- Sicherstellen eines schonenden Umgangs mit Ressourcen wie Roh- und Hilfsstoffen sowie mit Energien
- Mitwirken bei der Einführung und Freigabe neuer Rohstofflieferanten oder Rohstoffqualitäten, Planen von Rohstoffmengen und Durchführung von Lieferantenaudits
- Sicherstellen einschlägiger Normanforderungen gemäß ISO 900, ISO 50001 IATF 16969 im Verantwortungsbereich
- Eigenverantwortliches Beobachten und Entwickeln des eigenen Schulungsbedarfs

- Hochschulabschluss (Master/Diplom) im Bereich Chemie/Chemieingenieurswesen/Verfahrenstechnik sowie Produktionserfahrung in der chemischen Industrie
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
