Are you passionate about supply chain and operations?

At Red Bull Japan, we’re looking for an Operations Graduate to join our team and gain hands-on experience in logistics, planning, and process optimization. This program will immerse you in the end-to-end supply chain, from port receiving and warehousing to customer delivery, while equipping you with the skills to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

Job Description

Logistics Operations

Coordinate inventory management, warehousing, and distribution. Track shipments, optimize logistics efficiency, and support performance reporting.

 

Planning & Forecasting

Assist in supply and demand planning, collaborate with Sales and Finance, and contribute to S&OP processes to align operational strategies with business goals.

 

Process Optimization & Data Analysis

Use tools like PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud to analyze workflows, create dashboards, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Project Support

Participate in tenders, logistics updates, and special projects aimed at enhancing supply chain capacity and delivery performance.

Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and if possible, data visualization tools (PowerBI/Tableau)
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team
Passion for operations and logistics
Degree in degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field
Fluency in Japanese & English (verbal and written)
