Operations Graduate

The role is permanent and would consist of placements over a 2 year period including some of the following areas:

• Shipping
• Warehouse – Goods received/inventory control
• Quality
• HR
• Planning
• Production

Following the completion of your placements you would then move into a role within Operations. We would keep options open as to whether this would be a people leadership role such as a Production Area Supervisor role or it could be a specialist role within Operations dependant on your preferences and needs of the business at the time.

To be selected for the position you must have:

- **Educational Background**: completed a degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field.

- **Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software.

- **Experience**: Previous internships or work experience in business or operations is beneficial.

- **Traits**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a team.

- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- **Adaptability**: Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

- **Initiative**: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the willingness to take on responsibilities and challenges.

- **Learning Attitude**: Eager to learn and grow professionally, with a genuine interest in the field of operations.

- **Eligibility**: The permanent right to work in the UK. The role is expected to start in September 2025.
