About the role
As an Operations Generalist, you will play a pivotal role in executing, managing, and coordinating high-impact projects and processes across a diverse range of corporate operations responsibilities.
- Execute internal processes including onboarding, offboarding, performance reviews and ad hoc asks
- Assist and support accounting and finance monthly processes
- Coordinate and support recruiting initiatives including ATS management, candidate communications, and more
- Manage internal tools and systems within Recruiting, People Ops and Accounting
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
- Lead projects from design to implementation and continued operational execution
- Analyze and refine internal processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
- Develop and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for various processes
- Serve as a trusted resource for all team members
About you
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, HR, business operations, or recruiting operations roles within a startup or growing organization
- Ability to act quickly under high pressure scenarios and context switch at a high frequency
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills to steer or serve as an effective operator in complex and confidential/sensitive projects
- A high level of end-to-end ownership and self-direction, with excellent communication skills
- Hungry, high-energy and ability to work within and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
