About the Role:
We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Finance Support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring either a pharmacy operations or finance background—and the willingness and ability to quickly learn the other side. This individual will play a critical role in bridging operations and finance, helping ensure accuracy in reporting and strong communication with our pharmacy teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Framework Operations Support (Primary Focus for Pharmacist/Operations Support)
- Assist with workflow best practices
- Assist with writing procedures and developing training for Framework users
- Maintain Sharepoint or similar site for Guardian guidelines and resources
- Assist with standardization and distribution of excel queries/reports to Framework pharmacies
- Assist with pharmacy system conversion, Guardian setup for acquisitions, Boldt-On transactions
- Problem-solving, Troubleshooting, Q&A from Presidents, DOO’s, DFA’s, Cycle, Billers, and many other high-level users
- Billing Support
- Assist with Billing Workflow Practices
- Assist with Pricing Support Best Practices
- General Support
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience working in or with pharmacy operations preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas)
- Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accuracy
- Effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally
- Willingness to learn and grow in both financial and operational areas
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Education and/or Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or any combination of education and experience which provide equivalent background
Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years of related experience (Month-end Reporting, Claim Adjudication, Billing, Operational Workflow)
