We are seeking a highly motivated Operations FP&A Co-op to join our team. This position is in the Central FP&A department, supporting the consolidation of all manufacturing sites and supply chain groups.

The successful candidate will be highly collaborative, financially savvy, detail oriented and passionate about their work.

What You Will Do

• Implementing a system change in the group and need someone to manage the transition of files from Hyperion to OneStream.
• Have the opportunity to work with all of the controllers across operations including IT and group FP&A to help implement this change.

 

Qualifications You Must Have

• Must be pursuing Bachelor’s or Advanced degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related majors and actively enrolled through the completion of the internship/co-op session.
• Must have a minimum of 30 hours of credit by the start of the internship / co-op session.

Qualifications We Prefer 

• Strong background in Microsoft Office: Excel

Hybrid: Employees who are working in Hybrid roles will work regularly both onsite and offsite.  Ratio of time working onsite will be determined in partnership with your leader.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
