Position Summary
The Wine & Spirits Operations Financial Analyst will be the day-to-day financial support for the viticulture team. The ideal candidate will be a well-organized, self-disciplined, proactive communicator who will become a trusted advisor to the viticulture team. This position is responsible for monthly meetings with the viticulture teams, journal entry creation/account reconciliations during month-end close, annual planning organization and material preparation, as well as reporting/summarizing all forecasting inputs along with ad hoc requests from the team.
Responsibilities
Provide financial support, including month-end close, forecast, & annual planning for the viticulture team
Organize and facilitate monthly review meetings with viticulture team including viticulture leadership
Work with viticulture teams to investigate any financial questions, help them to prepare budgets and summarize inputs
Prepare monthly performance reporting for leadership
Comply with providing any data requests from corporate
Be accountable for work assigned and provide accurate information
Minimum Qualifications
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced complex environment
Highly proficient use of Excel & PowerPoint
Self-starter accountable for timely completion of assigned work with accuracy
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels including excellent communication skills
Experienced, qualified financial professional with extensive (2-5 years) experience in a relevant commercial environment
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, Economics or Finance
Strong financial analysis & accounting background
Ability to recognize “the big picture” to steer the team and prioritize requests and work load
Ability to identify issues/areas of improvement and suggest practical and innovative solutions
Preferred Qualifications
Hands on experience with SAP S4 Hana, OneStream or equivalent ERP software
Able to work during PST typical working hours
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Working at desk/personal computer for extended periods of time
Reliable Internet access and ability to work remote
Ability to travel domestically as needed (~1-3 times annually)
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship now and in the future

Finance & AccountingThe salary range for this role is:
$61,700.00 - $90,600.00This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Our compensation is based on cost of labor. For remote locations or positions open to multiple locations, the pay range may reflect several US geographic markets, including the lowest geographic market minimum to the highest geographic market maximum. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. An employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, the prevailing minimum wage for the location, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. At Constellation Brands, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
