Weitere Aufgaben sind unter anderem:
- Du arbeitest eng mit dem Senior Finance Lead Leverkusen Operations zusammen
- Du bereitest Produktionskennzahlen auf und verarbeitest sie als Grundlage für das Werk-Reporting
- Du entwickelst Ideen zur Optimierung der Standort-Kennzahlen (KPIs) und unterstützt aktiv bei deren Umsetzung
- Du arbeitest eng mit der Produktion zusammen, beantwortest Anfragen eigenständig, wirkst in Projekten mit und identifizierst Einsparpotenziale
- Du führst in SAP die jährliche Bewertung des Anlage- und Umlaufvermögens für das Werk Leverkusen sowie die zugehörigen Läger durch
- Du verantwortest den Monats- und Quartalsabschluss und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung des Jahresabschlusses
- Du übernimmst die jährliche Kostenstellenplanung sowie die Ermittlung von Aktivitätsraten
- Du beantwortest externe Anfragen, beispielsweise vom Statistischen Landes- oder Bundesamt
- Du baust ein belastbares Netzwerk zwischen Finanzabteilung und Produktion auf und entwickelst dieses kontinuierlich weiter
- Du buchst Kosten um und sorgst so für eine transparente Kostenvisibilität
The following are required for the role
- Du hast eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung und verfügst über eine Weiterbildung zum Bilanzbuchhalter (m/w/d), Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Du bringst mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich eines industriellen Umfelds mit
- Du verfügst über ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten im Bereich Buchhaltung und Finanzen
