The Asia-Pacific region currently includes Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Singapore employing nearly 2,500 team members.
To coordinate and execute all aspects of transportation divisions of operations, dispatch, billing, and stakeholder communication within a temperature-controlled warehouse environment. The role ensures timely delivery of goods, proper route monitoring, and effective coordination with transporters, suppliers, and customers while maintaining cold chain compliance and accurate documentation.Transport & Route Monitoring
Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily delivery schedules and transport allocations.
Track vehicle movement and ensure optimized routing to reduce delivery time and costs.
Monitor driver performance, route adherence, and address route delays or deviations promptly.
Maintain cold chain standards during transit with regular temperature checks and log verification.
Dispatch Operations
Coordinate closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure smooth loading and departure of vehicles.
Billing & Documentation
Generate, verify, and process customer invoices based on dispatch and delivery records.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of delivery notes, and customer acknowledgments.
Collaborate with the finance and customer service teams to resolve billing queries and ensure timely invoicing.
Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
Compliance & Reporting
Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports on transport performance, dispatch efficiency, customer feedback, and billing accuracy.
Support audit processes by maintaining complete and organized records of all relevant operations.
