Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented female Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations of our home healthcare services in Abu Dhabi. This is a 100% remote position based out of India (candidates from Tier 2 or Tier 3 cities are strongly preferred).
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating field teams (nurses and drivers) in Abu Dhabi, optimizing schedules, and ensuring an exceptional patient experience. Candidates must be open to potential relocation to our Bangalore office after 6 to 8 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Abu Dhabi Field Operations: Plan, organize, and monitor daily schedules for home healthcare appointments, nurses, and drivers operating in Abu Dhabi.
- Resource & Route Optimization: Analyze maps and optimize routes to ensure efficient travel schedules and maximum productivity for field staff.
- Live Operations Management: Track real-time field operations, make quick decisions, and resolve scheduling, traffic, or service delays immediately.
- Team Coordination: Function as the central point of contact between internal teams, field personnel, and service management.
- Reporting & Data Analysis: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools to track performance trends. Ensure accurate documentation and timely updates across all operational systems.
- Systems & Documentation: Work smoothly across dashboards, GPS tracking tools, and healthcare software to maintain accurate logs and real-time operational updates.
- Service Excellence: Maintain high service quality standards while balancing operational cost, speed, and patient satisfaction. Continuously identify opportunities to improve workflows and operational processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in MBA, Healthcare Management, Biochemistry, Nanotechnology, Operations, Logistics, or a related technical/business discipline.
- Freshers are welcome, provided they have completed a relevant internship in operations, logistics, coordination, or healthcare services.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in field workforce management, CRM tracking, or logistics coordination are also encouraged to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi (essential for effective daily communication with field staff like drivers and nurses).
- Logistics & Geography: Excellent ability to read maps, estimate travel times, and manage routing efficiently.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, operational dashboards, and communication platforms.
- Problem-Solving & Agility: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and execute quick decisions under high-pressure scenarios.
- Flexibility: Complete comfort working rotational 6-day shifts, non-standard weekend hours, and Gulf Standard Time schedules.
Skills Required
