We are seeking an Operations Excellence Intern to support Upvest’s Operations Excellence team. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives to optimize workflows, enhance efficiency, and ensure operational readiness.

You’ll oversee daily operations, leverage data to implement impactful improvements, and collaborate across teams to support seamless product launches. Join us to shape and elevate our operational excellence.

• Take full ownership of strategic initiatives to streamline and enhance operational processes, aligning them with company objectives and growth strategies

• Support close collaboration with other teams to ensure operational readiness and the seamless integration of new tools and product launches, whether driven by upstream or downstream initiatives

• Utilize data-driven analysis to identify inefficiencies, workload challenges, and cost drivers, implementing impactful solutions to improve performance

• Develop cross-functional training initiatives to foster a culture of continuous improvement to ensure team agility and adaptability to evolving business needs

• (Ongoing) Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or STEM

• Strong interest in fintech, investment infrastructure and start-ups in general

• Experience with process automation, incl. Artificial Intelligence applications is a plus

• Strong data analysis skills, ideally using Python & SQL, with a proactive, self-driven approach to problem-solving

• Strong investigative and analytical abilities, with keen attention to detail and error identification

• Excellent communication skills, incl. the ability to foster cross functional collaboration

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• This position requires regular on-site presence at our Berlin headquarters to work closely with the team

• Fluency in English (written and verbal); German proficiency is an advantage
