What a typical day looks like:
- PCBA process engineering experience; strong SMT and soldering experience..
- Lead and develop PCBA engineers and technicians; set priorities and manage daily/strategic activities.
- Own all PCBA processes-
- Drive yield, quality, and line performance improvements through structured problem solving.
- Oversee NPI readiness: DFM, tooling, documentation, prototype support, and production ramp.
- Ensure process control, and standard work.
- Partner with Operations and Quality to improve KPIs .
- Support equipment strategy, upgrades, and implementation of automation or CI projects.
- Direct customer and technical interaction.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience.
- English advanced.
- PCBA process engineering experience; strong SMT and soldering experience.
- Experience driving yield/quality improvements and leading root cause investigations.
- Familiarity with Lean.
- Advanced PCBA technology experience (fine pitch, micro components, selective solder, coating).
- NPI leadership experience in high mix or high volume environments.
- CI certification (Green Belt/Black Belt).
