We’re looking for an Operations Engineer (Advanced) to take ownership of how IT services, configuration data and operational processes are designed, governed and continuously improved across a large, modern enterprise environment.
In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert for CMDB and Service Configuration, helping teams run faster, smarter and with far fewer surprises.
Requirements
- Fluent English-speaking, including business reading and writing.
- Information Technology qualification (degree/diploma).
- ServiceNow certifications (ITSM Fundamentals, CSDM, CMDB).
- ITIL v4 Certification advantageous.
- Min 5 years working experience in IT Service Management.
- Team-player (working in an international environment and team).
