We are looking for an Operations Engineer, Senior who will:
Act as the first responder for production incidents and exceptions, ensuring quick triage and resolution of critical issues.
Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to improve observability, logging, and alerting across the application stack.
Handle deployment and configuration of the ACB solution in production environments.
Monitor the functionality and performance of the ACB solution and ensure uptime and reliability.
Create and maintain operational playbooks and SOPs for recurring tasks and incident handling.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and DevOps activities.
Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance and support to help them grow.
Work closely with global teams and stakeholders across time zones to ensure seamless operations.
Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates having:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing and operating enterprise-grade applications.
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to tackle complex technical challenges.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools – Azure DevOps preferred.
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and relational databases like PostgreSQL or SQL Server.
Experience in deploying and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services.
Exposure to the telecom billing domain is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication and customer support skills.
Willingness to participate in on-call rotation and handle production support.
