We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Engineer to join our Solution Operations team. This role focuses on ensuring system stability, driving operational excellence, and supporting end-to-end incident management across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong operational expertise with hands-on technical skills in DevOps, cloud platforms, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Incident Management
- Manage and contribute to end-to-end incident lifecycle, ensuring timely resolution within defined SLAs and KPIs.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting across multiple technologies and environments (global and local).
- Lead and/or support problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Developers, Business, and Support teams) for issue resolution.
- Provide hands-on operational support and coordinate with stakeholders during critical incidents.
DevOps & Automation
- Apply DevOps best practices to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins and GitLab.
- Develop and deploy automation scripts using Python, PowerShell, or similar tools.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of DevOps processes and workflows.
- Actively work on the semi-development workloads collected from the development teams.
- Actively find opportunities & drive the AI initiatives within the CAI Ops stream.
Monitoring & System Optimization
- Monitor system health and performance using cloud-native and third-party monitoring tools.
- Identify opportunities for proactive monitoring, automation, and stability improvements.
- Optimize infrastructure for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
Technical Ownership
- Maintain strong understanding of applications, infrastructure, and product architecture.
- Manage configuration of systems within scope (where applicable).
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to operational standards and processes.
