Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Operations & Digital Tools Leader to drive operational excellence, process transformation, and digital enablement within our Procurement organization. This role will lead the development, implementation, and optimization of procurement systems, analytics, workflows, and processes that support a scaling aerospace, defense supply chain.

 

What You’ll Do...

  • Develop and manage procurement operating rhythms, KPI dashboards, governance reviews, and performance reporting
  • Create executive-level dashboards and reporting tools that support strategic sourcing and operational decision-making
  • Lead implementation and enhancement projects for the procurement organization in the ERP and MRP systems, to drive efficiency and reduce manual processing time
  • Partner with IT and digital transformation teams to define system roadmaps, requirements, testing, and deployment strategies
  • Identify automation opportunities leveraging AI, analytics, and workflow technologies to reduce manual effort and improve decision-making
  • Lead organizational change initiatives related to procurement transformation and digital adoption, establishing standard work and training materials

You have...

  • Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in procurement, supply chain operations, procurement systems, or digital transformation roles
  • Strong understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and supply chain operations; Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder management skills
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Nice to have...

  • Experience within aerospace, defense, manufacturing, or other highly regulated industries preferred
  • Experience implementing or managing ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, or Coupa
