Operations & Data Systems Specialist / Business Systems Coordinator
Location: Boca Raton, FL (In-Office)
Salary: $50,000-$80,000/year + Benefits
We're looking for a tech-savvy problem solver who enjoys finding inefficient processes and replacing them with smarter, automated solutions using AI, CRM systems, databases, and modern business software.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain CRM databases
Build reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking
Clean and validate large datasets
Create advanced Google Sheets and Excel tools
Develop AI-powered workflows and automations
Automate repetitive office tasks
Integrate software platforms using APIs, Zapier, or Make
Support sales and operations with reporting and insights
Document processes and create SOPs
Identify and implement system improvements
Requirements
Experience with CRM systems, workflows, automations, reporting, and data management
Strong Google Workspace and Excel skills
Daily user of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
