Inside the Role
Analyze and develop data-driven solutions in collaboration with the Manufacturing Engineering and Production Data teams, focusing on standardization, delivery, and quality.This position reports to the Corporate Manufacturing Engineering CODA Manager and works closely with corporate and plant data analytics teams to drive standardization across all DTNA Operations on data-related projects.
Combines a good level of understanding on how business operates with analytical ability to sift effectively through data available, overlaying all this with the technical competency to illustrate this analysis to senior level stakeholders and the wider business. Models advanced methods of combining charts, maps, timelines and infographics into comprehensible dashboards; may create visualizations of complex relationships and big data sets in a user-friendly and easy-to-understand way to facilitate business decision making.

Position offers a starting salary range of $95,000 - $121,000 USD
Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

What You Drive at DTNA:
Analyze, develop, and implement data solutions using approved DTNA data analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau) in alignment with corporate manufacturing standards.
Develop and implement SQL database projects.
Design and implement ETL solutions based on DTNA standards.
Gather technical requirements for data-related projects and ensure proper documentation following corporate manufacturing standards.
Serve as a communication bridge between corporate manufacturing and plants for all data-related projects to share knowledge and avoid duplicate efforts.
Document procedures and best practices for sharing across DTNA.
Collaborate with Operations and Corporate Manufacturing Management to prioritize data-related projects.
Work with local data teams to develop continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing plants and corporate collaboration.
Knowledge You Should Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or Information Systems or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with Power BI and Tableau
Expert level SQL development skills
Experience with Alteryx and Azure Data Factory
Experience with Azure Data Explorer and Non-relational databases
Exceptional Candidates Might Have:
Master's degree preferred
Experience with statistical Programming languages (e.g. Python)
Comprehensive Understanding of vehicle production operations
Experience with TensorFlow and other ML tools
