The Operations Coordinator provides leadership, administrative authority, and operational oversight within a residential treatment facility, supporting high-quality, compliant services for youth and contributing to facility-wide operations and decision-making.


Salary: $73,000 annually

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Varies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and oversight of front-line supervisors to maintain a safe, structured, and therapeutic residential environment.
  • Collaborate with clinical, educational, and operational teams to support individualized treatment planning and coordinated program delivery.
  • Support staffing coverage, scheduling, and timekeeping practices to ensure compliance, continuity of care, and responsible use of overtime.
  • Ensure program operations and documentation meet contractual, regulatory, and quality standards.
  • Participate in treatment team discussions and provide guidance related to youth behavior, progress, and program needs.
  • Support admissions, discharges, and overall client flow to promote smooth and effective facility operations.
  • Serve as a communication link between front-line supervisors and leadership, reinforcing expectations and organizational values.
  • Model and promote the organization’s mission, philosophy of care, and guiding principles.

Required Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least four (4) years of progressively responsible experience in residential and/or non-residential program or facility operations; OR
  • High school diploma or equivalent and at least six (6) years of progressively responsible experience in residential and/or non-residential program or facility operations
  • Minimum of two (2) years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • At least twenty-one (21) years of age.
  • Criminal clearances (Specific State, child clearances BCI&I and, if necessary, FBI).
  • Non-communicable diseases physical exam, drug test
  • Valid unrestricted Driver's License
