The Operations Coordinator facilitates the efficient operations and financial health across multiple inspection projects performing transactional and administrative tasks for multiple GRCs (Gulf Coast, West Coast, Piping). This is a remote job 5 days a week.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Create work orders
- Place job purchase requisitions for equipment and services
- Follows up with AP on Purchase Order receipts and invoices
- Track project progress
- Monitor cost versus plan and perform cost estimates
- Performs Job Cost Transfers
- Prepares and submit change orders
- Gathers timesheets and perform invoice works up for T&M jobs
- Engages AR to confirm customer PO receipts
- Responsible for crew mobilization logistics for international jobs
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and multi-task.
- Basic understanding of service operations from proposals to invoicing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
- High School or associate degree (preferred)
- Two to Three years of experience in an administrative role with experience in Service operations (preferred)
- Microsoft Excel expertise is a must
- Microsoft Solomon and Salesforce experience (preferred)
