We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to support our operations team. This on-site role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of daily business functions and providing administrative support across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the operations team and leadership
  • Maintain and organize operational records, reports, and documentation
  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and manage calendars
  • Assist with procurement, vendor communication, and inventory tracking
  • Support onboarding processes and internal communications
  • Help manage office logistics and supplies
  • Ensure timely follow-up on operational tasks and project timelines

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Work Environment:

This is a fully on-site position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative office setting and engaging with cross-functional teams in person.
