SUMMARYThe Operations Coordinator will play a key role in managing operational tasks, coordinating with inspectors, laboratories, and customers, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The position includes participation in our on-call duty schedule, covering both day and weekend shifts. Occasional customer meetings in Denmark and abroad may also be required.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESOversee the operations process from order receipt to final reporting.
Maintain daily communication and provide updates to customers.
Plan and coordinate operational tasks efficiently.
Collaborate closely with inspectors, laboratory staff, and the invoicing team.
Assist in solving operational challenges and ensuring smooth workflows.
Participate in the on-call duty schedule, including night and weekend shifts.
Occasionally attend customer meetings both domestically and internationally.
Participate and contributing to continuous improvement and efficiency.
To always respect and protect company and client confidentiality.
Perform additional duties as assigned, demonstrating adaptability and a commitment to operational excellence.
A relevant higher education degree or related experience.
Experience in the maritime sector (e.g., ship captain, oil terminal/refinery operations, shipping agency, or similar).
Analytical and results-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in English at a business level.
Knowledge of HSSEQ and the oil/energy industry is an advantage.
Strong understanding of maritime and oil industry operations.
Ability to work independently while maintaining a structured and solution-oriented approach.

KVALIFIKATIONER
Relevant videregående uddannelse eller erfaring i fra lignende rolle.
Erfaring inden for den maritime sektor (fx skibskaptajn, olie-terminal/raffinaderioperationer, shipping-agentur eller lignende).
Analytisk og resultatorienteret tilgang.
Beherskelse af engelsk på forretningsniveau.
Kendskab til HSSEQ og olie-/energisektoren er en fordel.
