About the Role

xAI is seeking a Recruiting Operations Analyst with strong analytics work experience, along with a knack for organizing and streamlining systems and processes. You'll manage reporting, systems, and facilitate clear data-driven communication between teams that are pushing the frontier of AI forward. We are looking for someone to be onsite 5 days/week in our Palo Alto office.

Responsibilities

Systems and Process Management:

  • Understand and optimize all recruiting tools, systems, and processes (e.g., Greenhouse ATS).
  • Ensure projects are completed within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Identify operational improvements, and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Address and resolve issues promptly to minimize disruptions.
  • Act as a thought partner with our talent leaders to drive toward optimal outcomes.
  • Proactively problem-solve general talent-related issues.

Data and Analysis:

  • Prepare reports and data for the recruiting team using APIs, extensions, and Google Sheets.
  • Use data to identify trends and inform decision-making.
  • Ensure the team is data-ready at all times.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • You’ve built reporting and/or analytics in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar environments and know how to interpret insights from data.
  • You have prior experience using an ATS, such as Greenhouse.
  • You are highly proficient in Google Sheets.
  • You have a strong background in analyzing Recruiting data.
  • You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • In past roles, you’ve demonstrated close attention to detail, and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • You have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment.


Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates).

Annual Pay Range

$120,000 - $160,000
