Position Summary
Provide operations support to Contracts department by coordinating intake system for requests. Responsible for the start and end process of each request by reviewing requests, reviewing signed contracts for full execution, and coordinating inquiries on the intake from requestors in a timely manner. Provide support to system administrator with data input in the contract generation tool. Additional tasks as deemed appropriate for the role.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of strong customer service experience.
- Ability to work independently and follow written instructions.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills: data entry and Microsoft Excel.
- Attention to detail.
- Multi-tasking and prioritizing workload efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience reviewing contracts.
Experience using Salesforce.
Experience using Adobe.
Education
- High school diploma or GED.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$17.00 - $34.15This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
