RESPONSIBILITIES:

Follow all pertinent DocGo policy and procedures
-
Functions as an on-line coordinator, monitoring operations to ensure the delivery of quality and effective service.

Provide top-tier medical transport to medical facilities by assuming responsibilities for medical care of the patient and carrying out established policies and procedures.

Recognize and treat any medical condition with appropriate techniques, equipment, and knowledge of all State and County protocols.

Works as part of a leadership team with management staff to ensure continuity, consistency, and strong lines of communication.

Monitors operations to ensure that all personnel comply with company policies and procedures.

Regularly oversees site stocking/cleaning to ensure they meet or exceed requirements regarding maintenance, equipment, supplies and cleanliness.

Ensures that personnel keep the site location in a clean, sanitary, and functional condition.

Ensures all scheduling requirements are met within a timely fashion.

Duties may include scheduling and staffing, logistics management, clinical and administrative QA/QI, and performance management.

Manages and supports the team with operations, logistics, staffing, and scheduling.

Perform all other field duties: May be called upon to perform backup EMT duties.

Assists with Market Specific Training duties.

Other tasks as assigned.
Qualification:
-
Must have great communication skills
-
Must be tech savvy and computer literate
-
2+ years of experience as an EMT (required)

Must maintain EMT license after hire
-
Valid Driver’s license (2 years as a minimum) with an acceptable driving record

Knowledge of HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability)

Staff scheduling experience

Problem solving skills, attention to detail, & organization skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Instructor credentials for AHA Disciplines within 90 days of hire
