To join our team as an Operations Coordinator! Our team will be hiring two Operations Coordinators to support the following programs in Texas: CPS Energy, El Paso Electric, and AEP Texas. This role ensures smooth delivery of projects and programs by adhering to guidelines. Their roles include data management, metrics and reporting, team facilitation, and process improvement. These positions are typically more internal-facing but may involve direct client or customer communication.

Successful candidates will reside in San Antonio Texas or Texas.

  • Schedule and track projects for Technicians, Auditors, Account Managers and Program/Operations staff.

  • Tracking and verifying program paperwork, files and correspondence. Payment processing.

  • Data entry, gathering and tracking data, and assuring data quality

  • Exporting predesigned reports

  • Staff meetings and other program support

  • Special projects

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • 2-4 years’ experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Ideal candidates have experience with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Salesforce, and Smartsheet

  • Proven track record of maintaining detailed and organized work processes

  • Experience analyzing datasets using Excel functions and formulas

  • Embraces challenges and is eager to grow within the role

Compensation Range:

$21.70 - $22.00 / Hourly
