🎩 Your Role


As a Operations Associate at Convelio you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of art logistics. With your unique skill set and passion for innovation, you will contribute to our mission of revolutionizing the industry. In this role, you will have the great challenge of managing a crucial part of our logistics process starting from the crating centres to final delivery, making sure the whole process goes smoothly in order to make our clients happy.


✏️ What you'll do


- Coordinate and manage shipments via air, road and sea making sure we adhere to all relevant constraints (time, budget, scope, quality etc)

- Monitor our orders with dedicated reports, tools, and a shared platform whilst troubleshooting and removing roadblocks

- Be the first point of contact for our partners and importers

- Suggest and implement process improvements within the Freight & Customs team

- Work closely and collaboratively with our Customer Care and Warehouse teams


🧑‍🎨 Your profile


- You are fluent in written and spoken English, any other language is a plus

- Experience in art shipping or in logistics and within the startup ecosystem is appreciated

- You have strong analytical skills

- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills

- You are well organised and disciplined in daily activity planning and know how best to prioritise

- You are enthusiastic, ambitious, self-motivated and hands-on with a strong work ethic.

- You enjoy working in a challenging fast-paced, target-driven and team-oriented environment

- You are an excellent learner with a desire to adapt to new concepts and technologies
