About the job
We're seeking an Operations Coordinator in Boston to join our team! If you have strong administrative experience, a sense of humor, and a “get it done” attitude, we want to hear from you. In this role, you'll help ensure the smooth running of both our in-office and remote operations. Reporting to the People Operations Manager, you'll be involved in various aspects of people operations, office management, and administrative support—all while keeping things fun and efficient (snack lovers, we see you!).


What you'll do:

  • Vendor Management: Assist in maintaining relationships with office vendors and software providers to ensure seamless operations.
  • Employee Onboarding/Offboarding: Support tactical onboarding and offboarding processes including allocating hardware and software, systems access, and distributing onboarding materials.
  • Office Coordination: Order, stock, and optimize in-office snacks, drinks, and supplies, making sure the team is always fueled and happy.
  • Event Planning: Help plan and execute company events approximately every quarter, contributing to a great company culture.
  • Executive Support: Temporarily manage our founder's calendar, travel, and conference arrangements during our current Executive Assistant's parental leave (4–6 months).


Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Operations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office coordination, including working with vendors and managing supplies.
  • Familiar with calendar and travel management, with a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Experience in organizing events or meetings is a plus.
  • Personable, highly organized, and able to handle sensitive information with discretion.
