Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Operations Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess strong communication skills, and have a knack for creating efficient processes.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist operations team in the planning and execution of operational activities, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Identify inefficiencies in processes and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage documentation related to operations, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Act as a liaison between different departments to facilitate smooth workflow and resolve any operational issues that arise.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and other logistics for the operations team.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Ensure that all operations adhere to company standards and legal regulations
- Develop and implement best practices and standard operating procedures for the team to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or facilities management are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a can-do attitude.
- Must be available to work in the office five days a week, Monday through Friday.
- Must be able to commute to other Equinox locations
Pay Transparency: Min 65K - Max 75K
